The gold buyers that I talked to at the convention gave me some literature to understand why it is, that they can offer me so much money for my old gold jewelry right now. I liked the idea, but was still not completely sold on it. The gold buyers told me that they would be at the convention for the next week and if I decided to sell gold to them, then I should come on back before they leave town.

The guy who seemed like he was in charge also gave me his cell phone number, just in case I had any additional questions that were not answered in the literature. I went home and thought that I should read through everything first and then start looking through my jewelry box to see if anything in there was worth selling.

I decided to go back and sell gold bracelets that my parents had given me every birthday for eighteen years. I know that they are a sentimental thing, but I never wear them and my parents will never know. If I can get enough money out of them, I am thinking that I might take them to a nice dinner. I bet they would be surprised to know that those gold bracelets are paying for the dinner.
